We sell our high quality grass fed beef in shrink wrap packaging and frozen, cut how you want it. All meat is USDA inspected and no solutions added.

Quantity is by the whole, half or a quarter beef. A quarter of a beef will contain approximately 90-110lbs of meat.

All quantities will include typical cuts which can include: roasts (shoulder, chuck, tip, etc.), steaks (any type cut to your desired thickness), cube steak, stew beef and ground beef. This can be varied to your personal order. An example could be, if you want just steaks and ground beef, then all but the steaks could be ground up.
